By accessing or using cardsjp.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

CardsJP is an online store offering curated resell items, including sneakers, streetwear, electronics, and other goods. All purchases are made as a guest — no account is required to buy.

3. Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, including their condition. Many items are pre-owned or resold; condition details are provided on each product listing. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them.

4. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.

6. Authenticity

We sell 100% authentic trading cards only. Graded cards are sold in their original graded holders exactly as described, with the grading company and grade shown on the listing. We do not sell counterfeit, altered, or replica items.

7. All Sales Final — No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed. Because each card is a unique, collectible item and orders are secured on your behalf immediately after purchase, we are unable to reverse a completed order. Please review the listing, images, condition/grade, and price carefully before purchasing. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or other users' enjoyment of it;
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by CardsJP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardsJP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
